HOW DO I KNOW MY RING SIZE?
We use standard French sizes, which can range from 50 to 62 depending on the model. Select your usual size, if you are unsure between two sizes, we advise you to take the size larger.
If you do not know your finger size you can measure the circumference of your finger in millimeters.
To measure your finger:
Have a small piece of thread or a tape measure.
Circle it around your finger, making sure to adjust it to your size, neither too wide nor too tight.
Record the length of the wire on a ruler and measure the distance obtained, to the nearest millimeter.
Attached is a table based on the circumference of your finger and the corresponding size:

HOW DO I MEASURE MY WRIST?
To find out your wrist type (thin, standard or strong wrist), we invite you to take a thread or a measuring tape.
Wrap it around your wrist, making sure to adjust it to your size, neither too wide nor too tight.
Put the length obtained on a ruler and you will find your wrist size
Our bracelets are between 14 and 16 cm long and are always adjustable.
Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service for an exact measurement or beyond 18 cm and below 14 cm.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE LENGTH OF MY NECKLACE?

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY IMAÏ JEWELRY?
We advise you to remove your jewelry before washing your hands, playing sports, going to the beach, using hydroalcoholic gel or any other cosmetic product.
Your jewelry must be stored in a clean and dry place, in its dedicated box.
Don't forget to clean your jewelry with a metal cloth (gold/silver) once a month.
CAN I REQUEST GIFT WRAPPING?
Option gift wrapping is available! To do this, simply send us an email to info@imai.fr with your request and your order number. In this case, a gift wrapping will be added to your package.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND RETURN TIMES?
After confirmation of the Order and subject to stock, Julie & James sarl undertakes to ship the ordered products to its customer at the delivery address.
The customer undertakes to pay upon receipt, all taxes, duties, taxes and other present and future charges due for the delivery of said products themselves; the joint liability of Julie & James sarl cannot be engaged in this capacity at any time.
Delivery will be made by UPS or Colissimo Expert (against signature).
The customer has 14 days from receipt of the Products ordered to return them to Julie & James sarl for exchange or refund.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the event of non-conformity of the product.
