GuaranteeOur jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year under normal conditions of use and against any manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, wear and tear, alteration due to perfume or any other corrosive product. Our 24 karat gold plating is guaranteed for 6 months.
To benefit from the warranty, you must provide a dated and original proof of purchase. This proof of purchase must prove that you purchased the product on a certain date: sales receipt, invoice or warranty card.
The warranty does not cover the products included in the Archive section.
