The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Products ordered to return them to Julie & James sarl for exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for the all fees related to return shipment In this case, the customer must return the products, brand new, accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use and documentation to the following address:

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Julie & James sarl undertakes to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, without charge, with the exception of the costs of return. 

Repayment is due within a maximum of 14 days. For hygiene reasons we can not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, these products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
