Shipping policy
After confirmation of the Order and payment of the price of the ordered products, Julie & James sarl undertakes to ship the ordered products to its customer at the delivery address.
All Products stipulated in the Orders made to Julie & James sarl are intended for the personal use of customers or recipients whose name is mentioned at the delivery address.
If necessary, the customer undertakes to pay on receipt, all taxes, duties, taxes and other present and future charges due for the delivery of the said products themselves; the joint and several liability of Julie & James sarl cannot at any time be incurred in this respect.
Customers or recipients of the Products shall refrain from any partial or total resale of the Products.
Delivery will be made by Colissimo, UPS or Chronopost.
Our delivery rates are available by clicking on delivery in the left column of our site.
Delivery times are estimates of the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order. The delivery time depends on the delivery address as well as the method chosen by the Customer. The store is not responsible for delays of delivery due to Force Majeure or due to events which make the delivery considerably more difficult or impossible for the delivery, even if binding time periods and delivery deadlines have been agreed. Those events permit the seller to delay the delivery or service for the duration of the hindrance, or to withdraw from the contract in full or in part in relation to that part that has not been fulfilled.
In the event of a lost parcel, the Customer may, if he so desires, be refunded. This right shall, however, be exercised within sixty (60) working days from the date of delivery originally provided for in the contract.
Upon receipt of the Products ordered, the customer or consignee must check the proper functioning of the delivered good, and will be informed of its conditions of use appearing on the instructions for use provided to him.
In the event that one or more of the Products ordered are missing or deteriorated, the customer or the recipient must make any reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery.
In case of apparent defects, the customer benefits from the right of return under the conditions laid down in the instructions for use of the property.
For reasons of availability of the Products ordered, an Order may be the subject of several successive deliveries to the customer.
In the event that the customer would like the Products ordered to be delivered to two separate addresses, the latter should place 2 separate Orders.
